Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna combines the rich, cheesy goodness of traditional lasagna with the convenience of frozen ravioli and your trusty slow cooker. Perfect for busy weeknights, potlucks, or anytime you crave Italian comfort food without the fuss!


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread about 1/3 of the marinara sauce evenly across the bottom of your crockpot
  2. Place half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce
  3. Spread half of the ricotta over the ravioli, then sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and half of the seasonings
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until bubbly and cheese is melted
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brown 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage and mix with the marinara sauce
  • Add a layer of fresh spinach between the ravioli for added nutrition
  • If using fresh ravioli, reduce cooking time by 1 hour
  • For crispier top, broil for 2-3 minutes after cooking
