  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For assembly:

Instructions

  2. Press crust mixture into 12 muffin cups and chill for 15 minutes
  3. Make vanilla pudding by whisking milk and pudding mix over medium heat until thickened, then cool slightly
  4. Assemble pies by placing banana slices in each crust, topping with pudding, then whipped cream
  5. Garnish with additional banana slices and cinnamon if desired
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
